Her first 8 years were spent with a big Real Estate firm, where she focused on new launches, private resales and landed properties. Thank to these 8 years of experience, Yuna gained an extensive knowledge in Real Estate Investing.
In 2013, Yuna joined SEA, a firm strong in the HDB resale sector. She was blessed to have met a kind mentor who taught her valuable sales knowledge, as well as imparted many important skills. Like her first 8 years, Yuna’s real estate career continued to flourish. She was awarded the coveted title of Champion top sale from the year 2013 to 2022 consistently.
To add on to her growing list of accolades, Yuna has also risen through island-wide competition. The Council of Estate Agency (CEA) has made available agents’ transaction records for the public on their website records can be viewed up to 24 months ago. According to these records, Yuna came in strong as the 2nd top HDB transactor in whole of Singapore in 2018. She has remained her strong foothold as a reliable agent, coming in 3rd in the whole of Singapore in the subsequent year 2019.
Yuna Lim’s primary area of focus is North-East to Central Region. In fact, she holds the proud title of having the highest volume of units transacted in Punggol and Sengkang for the past 5 years!
Yuna understands that hard work is the key to success. From living in a 2rm HDB rental flat, she fought hard to buy her first 4rm HDB a few years ago. Now today, she is the proud owner of a landed property that she bought for her family.
